Quality-Manager EMEA (m/w/d)

Position Overview: The Quality Manager assists in the development and operation of CMCO overall quality control systems. The position ensures that all facilities within the regional span are working with same processes and quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems and to audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conversion of feedback from the service organization into corrective actions and monitoring of these Devises sampling procedures, and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Implementation of regular audit processes, including .ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001Works with Staff Managers and Sales/Marketing to assess customer satisfaction and address/resolve issues.
• Driving a continuous culture of improvement and projects at the site.
• Definition of the measurement specifications for KPIs and timely creation and evaluation of the relevant reports.
• Regular contact with the competent audit authorities.
• Drawing up plans to reduce COPQ by incorporating CMBS techniques as standards.
• Cooperation with suppliers and customers in case of quality problems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.
• Very good knowledge of SAP (module QM) preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Quality management systems experience (ISO 9001:2008 Preferred).
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, keen attention to detail, ability to plan, organize and multi-task.

• Successfully completed university education with a specialization in engineering or technicians.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Certificate for carrying out internal audits regarding the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards are an advantage.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques 8D, RCCM, 3C, PPRP, etc.
• Strong technical understanding in the handling of complex production processes.
• Experience in international cooperation.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, confident appearance and a result-oriented way of working.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Security in dealing with software tools.
• Willingness to travel.
